The BodyCraft Pulldown Tower is not only a back trainer for the Latissimus but also for numerous other exercises. With the pulldown you can for example, also effectively train the triceps. On the low cable pull you have the possibility to do rows, bicep curls, lateral lifts or exercises for the legs among others. So the compact multi-gym is not only for the beach muscles but offers a comprehensive total body strength training.

Included in the packaging are all the most important accessories to enable good execution of all these exercises. For even more variety and specialised training, check out our large range of grips and accessories in our online shop. All grips can be easily attached to the cable pull with the carabiner.
CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHT
Decide the training weight of the BodyCraft Pulldown Tower yourself. The cable pull station can be loaded with your own weight plates. Thanks to the weight plate attachment you can use 30mm as well as 50mm weight plates. The Lat Tower can be loaded up to 120kg.
VARIETY OF ADJUSTMENTS
So that the Lat Tower can optimally suit you, the seat, as well as the support rolls can be adjusted in height. Changing the different bars and grips is quick and easy thanks to the carabiners. The high quality pulleys and sheathed steel cables provide a very smooth and balanced run.

Absolutely top-notch product. I bought the lat pulldown in 2023 and am thrilled with the quality. I wouldn't have expected such a smooth and fluid movement from a lat pulldown machine without a weight stack; it almost feels like a gym machine. This applies to both the upper and lower cable pulleys. Thanks to the 1:1 leverage ratio, you can add a significant amount of weight and generate high resistance. It runs incredibly smoothly and is whisper-quiet (you should oil the guide rods occasionally). The seat and leg pulley heights are easy to adjust and lock securely into place.
Assembly was relatively straightforward. I only had to tilt the machine a bit awkwardly to secure the two guide rods from below.
The workmanship is superb. The entire frame appears to be powder-coated, and the padding is also very high-quality and robust (easily withstands dust, sweat, and splashes).
It's also very user-friendly that you can use both 30mm and 50mm weight plates with the included adapters.
I'm really impressed with Bodycraft now. I also have a weight bench that's been mostly on my balcony for several years, and it's absolutely top-notch.
The price-performance ratio is excellent. I can highly recommend this lat pulldown machine to everyone and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
