The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Bent Over Row is designed to support controlled, targeted back training. The machine targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and traps whilst also engaging the biceps through the exercise. The machine has been expertly developed in collaboration with leading fitness professionals to deliver elite-level biomechanics, achieving the ultimate level of efficiency and control. Each side of the machine can be used individually for isolateral training.
ISOLATERAL BACK DEVELOPMENT
The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Bent Over Row is engineered for adaptability, featuring an adjustable seat pad with five positions to set up high- and low-row variations. The adjustable handles have four positions for narrow, mid, and wide grips, as well as 360° rotating handles for grip variation.
