The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Bent Over Row is designed to support controlled, targeted back work with a solid, grounded feel throughout the lift. Each arm moves on its own, helping you stay balanced across both sides of the back. The setup is fully adjustable — from the spring-assisted seat to the grip width and handle rotation — giving you options for high, low, and angled rows. TRAIN EACH SIDE WITH CONTROL
Independent arm movement helps you work each side of your back evenly. It supports balanced reps, keeps the movement smooth, and lets you isolate one arm without changing your setup.
SETUP THAT WORKS FOR DIFFERENT ROWS
The seat adjusts through five positions for high and low row variations, so you can train at different angles. It’s spring-assisted, so changes are quick and easy to make.
FIND YOUR GRIP AND ANGLE
