ROBUST DESIGN
The Taurus Elite Plate-Loading Iso Row is built with hard-wearing, sturdy materials that can withstand your most challenging workouts. Thanks to the 70 mm thick chest pad and seat, each lever arm can hold 150kg for a maximum lift of 300kg without compromising comfort. All the upholstery is sweat-repellent, making it easy to clean after use.
ISOLATERAL CAPABILITIES
Isolateral machines provide separate weight-loading levers for each limb, allowing you to train each limb individually or together. Isolateral training means that you are unable to compensate by relying on your dominant limb, ensuring that each limb is worked equally.
VERSATILE HANDLES
The Taurus Elite Plate-Loading Iso Row has dual grips for overhand and vertical hand placement. The overhand grips focus the exercise on the upper back (posterior deltoids and rhomboids), whereas the neutral, vertical grips emphasise the latissimus dorsi (lats).
TRAINING LATS
The latissimus dorsi (lats) is the largest muscle in the torso. It is located in the back and is responsible for pulling actions such as rows. Training the lats is a great way to build back strength.
