The Hammer Strength Select SE Full Assisted Dip and Chin is a fundamental part of the strength training progression. Foldable kneepads offer the option of unassisted training, and multi-position handles allow for exercise variation.
HOW TO USE AN ASSISTED BODY WEIGHT MACHINE
Unlike other selectorised strength machines, assisted pull-up and dip machines use the weight stack to counter your bodyweight. With this in mind, the more weight on the stack, the easier the exercise will feel. To progress, you will reduce the weight of the stack, allowing you to rely more on your bodyweight.

Each frame receives an electrostatic powder-coat finish to ensure maximum adhesion and durability; standard rubber feet protect the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping; an 11-gauge steel frame ensures maximum structural integrity.
