Highly adjustable and built to last, the Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Row is the ultimate tool for developing the lats, traps and rhomboids (upper back). The frame uses 70x70x3mm ERW steel with reinforced welded joint plates for extra strength and stability.
