Absolut Spitze ! Die Möglichkeiten, die dieses Gerät bietet, sind geradezu phänomenal ! Ideal bei Rückenbeschwerden und sehr einfach in der Anwendung.

In Verbindung mit meinem Ruderfitnessgerät bietet mir der WaterGrinder die beste Möglichkeit viele Muskelregionen des Oberkörpers effektiv zu trainieren. Verarbeitung und Material sind hochwertig, jedoch mit der Einschränkung, dass die Kurbel-Drehgeräusche bei niedriger Belastung stören. Dies wird m.E. durch zu viel Spiel an der Kurbelaufnahme hervorgerufen. Der Hersteller prüft gerade die Ursache und ist bemüht diesen \"Mangel\" nachzugehen und zu beheben. Sehr angenehm sind die Übungen gegen den Wasserwiderstand, die dabei entstehenden Wassergeräusche hören sich natürlich an, was den Trainigsspass an diesem Gerät erhöht.
Fazit: Sehr gutes Oberkörpetrainingsgerät nicht nur für Designbewußte. Hat aber seinen Preis.

Wer das angenehme Training mit dem natürlichen Wasserwiderstand mag, wird mit diesem Gerät belohnt. Die vielseitigen Übungen sowie die unterschiedlichen, schnell einzustellenden Hebelwiderstände an der Handkurbel ermöglichen ein abwechslungsreiches Trainingspensum. Überzeugt hat mich auch die Anzahl der gleichzeitig zu trainierenden Muskelbereiche ohne umfangreiche Gerätekonfigurationen vornehmen zu müssen. Auch wenn sich der WaterGrinder nicht ganz so dezent verstauen lässt wie z.B. ein waterrower, überzeugt hier auch das Material und das Design. Gewohnt stark ist die Verarbeitungsqualität und vor allem die extrem leisen und angenehmen Geräuschemissionen während des Trainings.
Wer die relativ hohen Anschaffungskosten nicht scheut, erhält m.E. ein sehr gutes Trainingsgerät für die dafür vorgesehenen Körperregionen.
