The Merrithew Toning Ball is a small, weighted prop used to add resistance to Pilates, barre and conditioning sessions. It has a compact 10.9 cm diameter that sits comfortably in the hand.
The ball adds load to arm work, core exercises and full-body sequences, encouraging steady, controlled movement through each exercise. You can use it in matwork, equipment-based routines or standing exercises.
The toning ball is available in two weight options, 2 lbs and 3 lbs. A downloadable exercise guide is included.
