Description: Force USA G4 All-In-One Trainer
The Force USA G4 All-In-One Trainer carries over what you love from the G3 and adds integrated weight stacks. You no longer need to load plates on the functional trainer or slow the session down to change resistance.
You train on a full setup in one frame. A power rack, a Smith machine, and a dual cable functional trainer sit together. The chin-up bar and landmine station are part of the frame, and the attachments are included.
Each side starts with a 77 kg (170 lb) weight stack. As strength builds, you can upgrade to 100 kg (220 lb). The G4 grows with your goals, with optional add-ons you can add later. You also get access to the Force USA training app, with workouts, exercise demos, and programming ideas.

STACKED AND READY
The selectorised weight stacks take plates out of cable training. You change weight using the pin system. Each side starts at 77 kg (170 lb) and can be upgraded to 100 kg (220 lb). The 2:1 pulley setup gives a lighter, more controlled feel on cable work.
FULL GYM IN ONE FRAME
You’ve got a power rack, Smith machine, dual cable functional trainer, chin-up bar, and landmine station all in one frame. The cable system adjusts across 21 height positions.
SOLID UNDER LOAD
The steel frame supports a total unit rating of 450 kg. The Smith machine and chin-up bar are rated to 350 kg, while the cable system is tested to 907 kg. A low-profile base, stabiliser pads, and bolt-down floor holes help keep the frame secure under heavier loading.
SMITH MACHINE THAT FEELS RIGHT
The Smith bar weighs 16 kg (35 lb) and runs smoothly on fixed guide rails. Dual 30 cm (12-inch) Olympic sleeves allow for heavier loading. The fixed bar path gives a bit more structure when training alone or pushing through longer sessions.
ROOM TO GROW
As your strength grows, the G4 grows with you. You can expand the setup over time with optional add-ons like jammer arms, a vertical leg press, dip handles, a leg developer, and a low row footplate. You also get access to the Force USA app, with workouts and exercise demos.
PRACTICAL SIZE
The G4 has a compact footprint, standing just over 220 cm tall and under 80 cm wide. The internal training space provides 200 cm of height clearance. This sizing works well in garage and home gym spaces.
