Description: Merrithew Pilates Express Mat
The Merrithew Pilates Express Mat uses 1 cm of closed-cell NBR foam to give you more support on hard floors during Pilates work.
Flip it over and choose your surface. One side has a horizontal ribbed texture, the other is smooth, giving you two surface options depending on the exercise.
Roll it up, secure it with the Velcro straps and store it away.
A downloadable exercise guide is included.
