Excellent machine! Due to the fact I have a bad knee I am limited in choice of good Cardio machines. The Skierg is the perfect match for me. I get a proper upper body as well as lower body workout without excess pressure on my knees.
Very simple to setup the machine and you can find enough videos on the internet to show you how to properly use it.
Also just as importantly the Concept 2 team in the Benelux are very quick to respond to your questions and provide great support.
Highly recommended and worth the investment. Don\'t buy cheap machines go for quality if you want the best results.
Fitshop also provided a great service and fast delivery! Can\'t go wrong...

Best aerobic machine
Having been using it for 2 weeks now and can already see a great improvement in aerobic fitness and lower fat percentage. My shoulder, back and triceps are also more defined. Easy to assemble and attached it to a stone wall.

Awesome service and equipment
Powerhouse fitness have been great with my purchases, their delivery company has been amazing as well, they have been able to hold on to some equipment untill my gym was finished.

They are an awesome piece of Kit. They are great for me personally and others that have never tried this. Gives a real good edge to fitness training. The only downside i would say is that it took a little longer for delivery than we was expecting (even after paying for express delivery). But all is sorted and they are great to have.

Das Gäret kam super schnell an! Das Paket war sogar überraschend leicht.
Die Montage war ebenfalls sehr einfach und dauerte ca 15min. Also auch für Leihen wie mich locker machbar.
Der ergo ist trotz seinen Federgewichts stabil und wackelt nicht. Verarbeitung ist wie von Concept2 gewohnt perfekt.
Das Training mit dem Skiergo ist wahnsinnig abwechslungsreich. Mit etwas Kreativität lässt sich sehr viel mehr machen als im ersten Augenblick gedacht. Die vorinstallierten Spiele sind eine willkommene Abwechslung im Training!
Wichtig ist jedoch die richtige Ausführung...sonst bekommt man bald Rückenschmerzen. Aber solamge der Rücken gerade und unter Spannung bleibt ist alles top!

Seit Jahren bin ich begeisterter Nutzer einen Indoor-Rowers von Concept2. Lange habe ich schon damit geliebäugelt, jetzt habe ich den Schritt getan und mir einen Skierg als Ergänzung und zur Erweiterung meines Trainings nach Hause geholt.
Ich bin begeistert. Die Verarbeitung des Skierg ist analog zum Rower hervorragend. Alles fühlt sich sehr wertig an.
Das Training am Gerät ist super. Eine ideale Aufwertung meines Workouts. Die Kombi Rower und Skierg ist perfekt für mich.
