The BodyCraft SG1 Multi Cable and Rack is an all-in-one fitness machine for functional training. The SG1 adds a smooth dual-pulley, lat pull, and low row to your home gym setup. With a compact frame, the SG1 fits into most homes and garage gyms.
SMOOTH CABLE MOTION
Thanks to its heavy-duty frame, the SG1 provides a stable base for total body training. The 2 x 3 inch steel uprights support the heaviest cable workouts, utilising the entire 90 kg weight stack with a 1:1 cable ratio for pulldown and low row, whilst the dual pulley benefits from the smooth 2:1 ratio. You can also add more load to the SG1 weight stack by using the weight horns. The rack, dip bar, chin-up bar and pulley system each support up to 150 kg.
TOTAL BODY TRAINING
The BodyCraft SG1 comes with all the tools you need to master your training. The machine includes D-ring grips, a barbell, a sports barbell, a tricep rope, an ankle strap and an assisted pull-up strap. Your array of attachments can all be neatly stored on the internal storage hooks, keeping your workout space tidy.
COMPACT MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TRAINER
The SG1 has a compact frame (166x183x212cm L/W/H) that is perfect for home gyms and garage gyms that need to make the most of their space. The SG1 allows you to make the absolute most of your space by also providing weight plate storage on its eight weight storage pins. At 2.12m tall, ensure you have enough ceiling clearance to perform pull-ups and chin-ups above the machine height.
