DELUXE FID BENCH
The BodyCraft F602 Deluxe Flat/Incline/Decline Utility Weight Bench provides users with a solid foundation for strength workouts and can be customised to your fitness goals with optional extras such as a Leg Developer and a Preacher Curl attachment.
ADJUSTABLE TO YOUR GOALS
The F602 adjusts to seven positions (20°, 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 70°), giving you a wide range of variability to your workouts, keeping you secure whether you're performing incline bench press, tricep dips, or decline dumbbell flies.
HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN
The BodyCraft F602 weighs in at 36.7 kg and has a maximum user weight of 362 kg, giving you plenty of scope to lift heavy and have the bench match your fitness goals as you progress. The 2" x 3" steel frame is fitted with transport wheels to make it easy to move around your fitness space.
CUSTOMISABLE TO YOUR GOALS
The F602 is customisable to your goals with the option to add attachments to the bench. The F611 Leg Developer adds leg extension and curl to the bench, with up to 90 kg of resistance via weight plates. I agree with the other reviews about the quality of the bench and its padding. Small issue with the bench though as it flexes when you sit on it. The feet lift it up about 10mil & when you are on it flexes to touch the ground.Appreciate it’s a small thing but it annoys me.????♂️

Absolutely love this bench! The BodyCraft F602 has completely upgraded my home gym. It’s incredibly sturdy, the padding is really comfortable, and switching between incline, flat and decline feels effortless. I’ve been able to add so much more variety to my workouts since getting it, and the build quality makes it feel like commercial-grade equipment. Sturdy, versatile bench for home gyms
Really solid and well-built bench. Easy to adjust between flat, incline, and decline positions, and it feels stable during all movements. Padding is comfortable and it’s easy to move with the built-in wheels. Great quality overall — just make sure you have the space for it!

Very sturdy bench. The only way you are going to get better than this is if you buy a commercial one for £500 or more. I was going to get the bodysolid GFID31 bench but I read reviews of that bench being too high off the ground and this one is just right.

Da ich schon mehrere Geräte von Bodycraft besitze, lag es nahe, mich für die F602 zu entscheiden! Top stabil, super verarbeitet und hält was aus!!! Sieht sogar noch besser aus, als auf dem Foto! Außerdem ist sie mit dem Curlpult & dem Beincurler noch erweiterbar!
Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Bank nur empfehlen!
