Description: BodyCraft Preacher Curl Attachment
The BodyCraft Preacher Curl Attachment is a fully adjustable pad that works with the BodyCraft F602 and is the perfect companion for performing both dumbbell and barbell bicep curls. The bar catch is adjustable to five settings spaced 1" apart. The BodyCraft Preacher Curl Attachment features 2" of thick foam padding to provide comfort and support for your chest and arms.
What are the benefits of using a preacher curl?
Preacher curls provide maximum isolation of the biceps. By locking the upper arms against the slanted pad, the user eliminates momentum and prevents the shoulders and back from assisting with the lift, ensuring the entire load targets the biceps, avoiding "ego lifting" through stricter form, and enhancing hypertrophy.

Excellent product
Exactly what you imagine it to be, and very comfortable too. It also fits the BodyMax CF430+ Deluxe Utility Bench which isn't listed in the description.
Only criticism is that if you have a loaded bar on the front, and stand up, the bench lifts up! I lock mine underneath my press rails so all good!
