The BodyCraft SG1 Multi Cable and Rack is perfect for your home gym, offering a comprehensive solution for a variety of workouts.
PREMIUM QUALITY
Made from 2" x 3" boxed steel tubing, this all-in-one trainer is very sturdy and ideal for intense use, and will withstand everything you can throw at it! The SG1 features a smooth cable system with a 1:1 ratio for the lat pull and low row, and a 2:1 ratio for the dual pulley. The spotter arms and j-hooks are adjustable with a pop-pin mechanism. At 212cm tall, it fits most ceilings.
WEIGHT CAPACITY & STORAGE
With a 90kg weight stack*, the SG1 will challenge and engage both beginners and advanced users. A pin selector system makes adjusting the weight easy. Each weight horn on the stack can handle 30kg, adding an extra 60kg to the stack. Olympic 2" weight plates can be stored on the weight pins.
VARIETY OF ATTACHMENTS INCLUDED
The SG1 allows for a full-body workout with many attachments included, saving space and money! It comes with all the essentials to meet every demand of your strength training regime**, including dual multiple-position D-ring handles, an ankle strap, double tricep rope, chin-up assist, long bar, short bar, straight bar, and lat bar, all stored on hooks inside the frame.
*Additional weight capacity. Please note that the BodyCraft SG1 Multi Cable and Rack can support additional weight beyond the 90kg weight stack through the weight horns on the weight stack.
