The lat pulldown/low row operates on a 1:1 cable ratio for a responsive and reliable strength workout. The dual pulley has a smooth 2:1 ratio, which is a great all-rounder for versatile, full-body strength workouts. The pop-pin adjustment system enables quick setup for spotter arms and j-hooks, making transitions seamless and workouts uninterrupted.

Designed to support a variety of workout goals, the SG1 comes equipped with essential attachments to maximise training possibilities.
