Description: BodyCraft SG1 Multi Cable and Rack
The BodyCraft SG1 Multi Cable and Rack brings a full cable station and a practical rack setup into one solid unit. You get smooth dual pulleys, a responsive lat pull and low row, pop-pin adjustments and a generous accessory bundle, all arranged in a compact frame that fits neatly into home and shared gym spaces.
SOLID FEEL, CLEAN CABLE FLOW
The SG1 uses heavy 2 x 3 inch steel tubing to hold firm through rows, pulldowns and all your day-to-day cable work. The lat pull and low row run on a direct 1:1 setup, and the dual pulleys use a 2:1 ratio for more detailed arm and shoulder work. Pop pins change the hook and spotter height with simple, predictable steps.
ATTACHMENTS THAT OPEN UP TRAINING
You get a full lineup of handles and tools, including D-ring grips, a long bar, sport bar, tricep rope, ankle strap and a chin-up assist strap. Everything hangs on internal storage hooks to keep the rack tidy and the accessories easy to reach.
PRACTICAL LAYOUT WITH STORAGE
The footprint stays compact for a unit that covers this much ground. Plate storage pins sit on the frame to hold your Olympic plates, and the overall height suits most standard ceilings.
Please note: You can add more load to the SG1 weight stack by using the weight horns. The rack, dip bar, chin-up bar and pulley system each support up to 150 kg.
