WaterRower Smartrow
After doing some research on the web I discovered this would fit on my Topiam wooden waterrower (and several other makes). I had to make the pulley recess a bit bigger but fitted perfectly in terms of belt spacing. Works a dream and provides levels of data connectivity you would expect from a £1000+ rower. I also noticed the stroke counting was far more accurate than the native computer on the rower. Tested connectivity with the EX app, Kinomap, and a couple of others and worked fine as it broadcasts using the fitness industry FTMS protocol. The official SmartRow app provides nice realtime power curves as you row so I like using that, but I will be using Kinomap for fun races with others online and to enjoy the real world videos. Hope it lasts a long time - very happy with it indeed, worth a punt (pun intended!)
