THE TORQUE FREE-STANDING F9 FOLDING FUNCTIONAL TRAINER
The Torque F9 Folding Functional Trainer brings gym quality strength training into the home. Featuring twin 225 lb (102 kg), unique storage options and a selection of attachments to maximise the variety of exercises. The F9 is space conscious, taking up a small footprint, with the option to fold the unit away once you're finished working out.
FOLD-AWAY DESIGN
Training in small spaces is easy with the Torque F9 Free-Standing Functional Trainer's fold-away doors. Simply close the two doors when you are finished working out to minimise the footprint of the all-in-one home gym. When closed, the free-standing only takes up 88.6cm x 113.3cm x 213cm, opening up to 155.4cm x 177cm x 213cm. The Free-Standing F9 fits well into corners so you can make the most out of your home gym space.
DUAL PULLEY SYSTEM
The F9 features a dual pulley system which features a 2:1 resistance for smooth and versatile movements. Each pulley is attached to its own weight stack and can be set to 17 different height positions for huge exercise variation.
UNIQUE STORAGE OPTIONS
The F9 has a folding door closet design to clean up any home gym space and leave unwanted clutter off the floor. From dumbbell and kettlebell storage the F9 delivers on not only being a highly capable functional trainer, but a fitness solution that respects your space and time. The Free-Standing version of the Torque F9 can also fold the Torque
PULL-UP BAR
The F9 features an fixed pull-up bar to perform bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups, chins, hanging leg curls and more. The attachments can even be utilised to perform assisted pull-ups.
225 LB STACKS
The Torque F9 comes with twin 225 lb (102 kg) weight stacks, which will offer 112.5 (51 kg) in resistance with the 2:1 cable ratio. 2:1 cable ratio is the most common ratio with cable pulleys as it offers a great amount of exercise variety with smooth movement.
ATTACHMENT VARIETY
The F9 Free-Standing Fold-Away Functional Trainer comes with an accessory pack to make sure your workouts are never boring. Included are the following: a bench bar, snap hooks, leg boot, chin up strap, squat strap, and strap handles.
