The Taurus Row-X Air Rower is an incredibly versatile piece of equipment! The Row-X Air Rower offers unrivalled durability and stability for you workouts, wether it's a gentle row or intense session.
HYBRID RESISTANCE SYSTEM
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower uses a hybrid resistance system.
Whilst the air resistance provides an almost unlimited variety of resistance output, the magnetic resistance setting can also be adjusted electronically from levels 1-10.
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower allows you to set a basic resistance on the rower whilst maintaining smoother pulling at any intensity which provides a great full-body workout, be that your first time using a rower or an experienced athlete.
The Row-X is the ideal choice to perform anything from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to gentle cardiovascular workouts, and everything else in between!
EASY TO USE LCD CONSOLE
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower comes with a sleek back-lit LCD console which features workout metrics like stroke rate, workout profile, watts, pulse (chest strap sold separately), time, calories, distance and resistance level.
The console will display all your real-time workout stats including; calories, distance, time, speed, strokes per minute, resistance and watts.
You can use the easy touch control dial to scroll through the 10 available workout programs which are comprised of 4 HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training), pacer programs, or simple target setting.
A quick start manual mode is also available for users who prefer to just jump on and start rowing!
EASY STORAGE & MOBILITY
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower features a quick-release frame-lock mechanism so the machine can easily separate into two parts for storage.
The caster wheels on the front stabilizer will also allow for easy relocation of the rower when it is in its fully assembled state.
The durable construction of the Taurus Row-X Air Rower means it's built to endure the most rigorous of training, day in, day out.
The black powder-coated finish of the frame means it will also keep its look for longer, even in a high-traffic gym.

Better than the Concept Model E
Wanted a commercial rower works great does its job but would be a whole lot better if it did not need to plug in. It has the same specification of the Concept Model E.

Solid bit of equipment!
Since lockdown, I’ve been looking for a commercial grade rowing machine capable of handling long sessions. The row x seemed a very robust and comfortable when I tried it. The seat is wide and cushioned, perfect for those longer sessions and the width of the foot pad is perfect for me as I’m a touch wider and so I can row comfortably without any hip pain. I really like how it’s quite high off the floor too, meaning I can hop on and hop off easily and without having to crouch and get into awkward positions to row. The noise of the machine is quite loud though but the resistance is perfect and standard throughout, the display is very eye catching too and can be adjusted very easily. I like the games built in also.

Better than Concept, really pleased!
I wanted something similar to the Concept 2 and done some research on the Taurus Row-X and the Bodymax R100. I paid the extra and went for the Taurus Row-X as it was a bigger and heavier machine and wanted something that would last. I also preferred the Console on the Row-X, more pleasing to the eye with a dial system for easy navigation and control.

Extremely sturdy
Bought this to go alongside my other Taurus equipment I already have in my home gym. This has completed my set and I love how I have my own gym at home. Only purchased with powerhouse for the first time last year but wish I had ordered sooner to be honest. Each time I order has been really easy and the Taurus equipment feels like gym standard. As an avid gym goer I thought I would be really choosy on equipment and it wouldn't match the gym but this is extremely sturdy and at this point I'm unsure if I will return the gym at all

Heavy Duty Rower

Taurus Row-X is top-notch quality, very sturdy, very robust and the high rail makes it more comfortable and convenient to get on. The in-built HIIT workouts are great if you're looking for a challenging training session. The resistance is easy to adjust from the console and runs smoothly.

The best rower going
Like many, I am used to using concept 2 but they have been very difficult to get so I opted to go for the Row X as it was in stock and I could receive it in just over a week and I am so thankful I got the Row X. The console is great and I love how it feels when rowing, the quality is amazing! If I were to choose between the two I would definitely pick the Taurus Row X. It has completely changed my view and I am delighted. I could not recommend this product enough. Thank you Powerhouse.

Taurus Row-X Air Rower
Excellent rowing machine, I find it far more enjoyable and entertaining having a programme to follow.
The air resistance isn't as loud as I was expecting, the magnetic resistance comes into it's own on the HIIT programme, during the rest phase.
I found the seat is pretty uncomfortable so I have ordered a gel cushion for it, hopefully that will help.
The rowing machine is a huge part of my fitness regime and I'm pleased that it has lived up to my expectations. It was easy to assemble as well.
For a brand new commercial rowing machine, I felt the price was very reasonable, the delivery was fairly slow but it was over the Christmas and New Year period so that's understandable. I was amazed that the rowing machine was delivered to Orkney, being outside the UK mainland and pretty remote it was a good service.
Couldn't be happier. After I save up a bit, I may be back for a multi-gym - if I can find space for it as well of course!
