The Taurus Pro Iso T Bar Row focuses on steady, targeted back training. The setup offers firm support, adjustable grips and practical safety features that keep the pull consistent. It gives you a clear path to strong, controlled rows and reliable back engagement.
TARGETED UPPER BODY WORK
This machine trains the lats, middle traps, rhomboids, rear delts, biceps, forearms and erector spinae in a single pulling motion, covering the full upper back.
TWO GRIP OPTIONS
The dual handles offer two grip styles that shift the load to different parts of the back. One focuses more on the lats, the other brings more work into the mid-back.
OLYMPIC PLATE LOADING
The loading sleeve takes Olympic plates and supports up to 150 kg. The sleeve holds standard 2-inch plates securely and gives a clear range for heavier rows.
