This machine offers standing and sitting abductor positions, giving you two distinct angles to train the outer hips. Both options keep the focus on controlled movement and consistent muscle engagement.
STEADY ARM SUPPORT
The fixed armrest gives you a firm point of balance during each rep, especially during seated work. It keeps your upper body settled so the hips handle the load.
EXTENDED LEG PADS
The longer pads cater to users of different heights, helping you line up the legs comfortably for each set.
ANTI-SLIP PEDALS
The textured pedals with cuffed edges keep your footing secure. Auxiliary pedals are included to make stepping on and off the machine easier.
OLYMPIC PLATE LOADING
The sleeve takes Olympic plates and supports up to 150 kg, giving you a clear range for increasing resistance over time.
COMPACT, SOLID FRAME
