SMOOTH REBOUND SYSTEM
A rebound mechanism uses a spring and a starting handle to bring the lever arm back into position after each rep. It keeps the flow of the set steady and removes the need to reset the arm manually.
ADJUSTABLE START POSITION
The starting height can be set to match different user heights. This helps you line up your stance properly and keeps the squat or calf raise on a clear, repeatable path.
