The Taurus Elite Ski Trainer Pro turns a simple pulling motion into a full-body workout. Your arms, shoulders, back, core and legs all get involved, and changing your pull or body position opens up more ways to train.
Its hybrid resistance system combines 10 magnetic levels with progressive air resistance. Pick your base level, then the flywheel responds to your effort. Pull faster and harder and the resistance rises with you.
It’s compact too. Mount it to the wall to save floor space, or add the optional freestanding base. Your workout data appears on the easy-to-read display, with a tablet holder there for your favourite apps too.

Start with one of 10 magnetic resistance levels, then air resistance builds as you pull. Pick up the speed and the resistance climbs with your effort.
Get Your Whole Body Moving
Your shoulders, back and chest power the pull, with your core, legs and glutes joining in too. One movement gets your whole body working.
Change Your Pull
Pull both handles together or alternate between left and right. The change brings a different rhythm to your workout, and alternating pulls get your core more involved too.
Stand, Kneel, Sit or Lie Down
Change your position and the workout changes with you. Train standing, kneeling, sitting or lying down, with different movements to explore around the Ski Trainer.
