It builds on the Gym Monster 2 with higher resistance, smarter control and improved energy efficiency, all wrapped into one self-standing machine that needs no installation or permanent setup.
Digital resistance now goes up to 120 kg. Smart handles move control to your hands, switching resistance on or off instantly and adding vibration feedback during sets. Controlled descent manages the lowering phase and reduces sudden drops. Cables adjust across 12 height positions, covering standing lifts, seated work and floor-based training, with resistance shaped through multiple training modes as you move.

Choose from 800+ movements, 500+ guided workouts and 100+ structured programmes with new content added every two weeks. Resistance increases in precise 1 kg steps, reaching up to 120 kg, all within a compact, plug-in format that folds away when not in use.
DIGITAL RESISTANCE THAT ADAPTS IN REAL TIME
Direct-drive dual motors deliver smooth digital resistance controlled down to the kilogram. Four training modes shape how load behaves through each movement. Standard Mode maintains consistent resistance. Eccentric Mode increases load during the lowering phase. Chain Mode adds resistance as you reach the top of the rep. Constant Mode maintains steady speed or resistance for controlled output. Progress load or change modes mid-set through the smart handles or Bluetooth ring.
SMART HANDLES. SAFETY YOU CAN FEEL
The smart handles give you direct control of resistance. You can change resistance mid-set or switch it on and off with a simple press. Gentle vibration cues guide effort as you train, with clear signals near the end of each set to support controlled force output. Safety runs continuously in the background, responding to your movement as it happens. If a rep slows or stalls, resistance eases automatically. Sudden imbalance or irregular motion triggers a cut-off within 0.1 seconds. Releasing the bar activates immediate support. Controlled descent slows the return phase to reduce sudden drops.
TRAIN SIDE BY SIDE
Partner Mode lets two people train at the same time on one Gym Monster 2S. Each side works independently, so you can use your own resistance, profile and settings. There’s nothing to adjust, swap or reset between you. Just select Partner Mode and train together, at your own pace, on your own terms.
ALL THE THOUGHTFUL STUFF
Every detail earns its place. The 2S stands freely, folds away neatly, and needs no drilling or wall mounting. You unbox it, plug it in, and start training. Sound fills the room and sets the pace. The 21.5-inch touchscreen rotates up to 90 degrees, and you can read your training information from wherever you stand. Height adjustment, cooling and the dual-motor system run quietly in the background. The motors manage the return as weight comes back. When you change resistance, the Bluetooth ring handles it mid-set.
TRAINING DATA THAT GROWS WITH YOU
The 2S logs every rep and builds a picture of how you train over time. It tracks strength, output, intensity, range of motion and muscle readiness. Training begins with a strength assessment, then moves into guided workouts, structured programmes, free lifting and custom sessions. Data follows you through solo training and Partner Mode, with a separate profile on each side. Wellness+ adds AI-led planning and recovery tools, if you want deeper insight. The machine works fully without it, with core smart features available from day one.
