Most home gyms add equipment. This one replaces it. The Speediance Gym Monster 2 puts the scope of a full strength gym into one self-standing machine, without installation, drilling or wall mounting. It takes the place of racks, stacks and cables, handling everything from heavy pulls to floor-based work in a home setting. Cables adjust across 12 height positions. Digital resistance responds as you lift, shaped by multiple training modes. The large touchscreen and room-filling sound guide sessions clearly and keep everything easy to follow. Weight changes happen mid-set using the Bluetooth ring or smart handle, which keeps the workout flowing instead of stopping to change plates. Safety support stays on throughout each session, with assisted lifting reducing load when a rep stalls and imbalance detection stopping resistance within 0.1 seconds. Partner Mode allows two people to train at the same time, with each side operating independently. Workouts range from single movements to structured programmes created by professional coaches. Every session is tracked automatically, turning performance into clear training insights that build over time, with progress recorded across devices. Monthly challenges and a global training community add something extra beyond the session itself.

Digital resistance removes traditional weights entirely, opening up full-body training across 10 workout types, from strength and cardio to stretch sessions ranging from 5 to 50 minutes, with new workouts added every 2 weeks. Choose from 400+ movements, 300+ guided workouts and 100+ structured programmes, or train free style and create your own workouts.
RESISTANCE THAT MOVES WITH YOU
Direct-drive motors deliver smooth digital resistance up to 100kg in precise 1 kg increments. Select from four training modes change how load behaves through each movement. Standard Mode keeps resistance consistent, Eccentric Mode increases load on the return, Chain Mode adds weight as you reach the top of the rep, and Constant Mode maintains steady speed or resistance for controlled work. You can change modes and progress load mid-set, without stopping to swap plates.
SAFETY THAT HAS YOUR BACK
Safety systems run continuously throughout every session. If a rep stalls, resistance reduces automatically instead of forcing the movement. If imbalance or sudden changes are detected, resistance stops within 0.1 seconds. The system also recognises when you release the bar mid-rep, activating safety support instantly. Assist features remain active even when not manually selected.
TRAIN TOGETHER, SAME MACHINE
Train together with Partner Mode. Each side of the Gym Monster 2 operates completely independently, allowing two resistance settings and two user profiles to be active at the same time. Complete your own workout on each side and focus on your personal goals, or alternate sets together for a true partner training experience. Simply select Partner Mode and start your session.

Wellness+ is available as an optional subscription for deeper AI-led planning and recovery guidance. Gym Monster 2 runs fully without it, with smart training features included as standard from day one.
