The ProForm Trainer HL Elliptical Machine & Stepper brings two styles of training together in one compact machine. You get the smooth glide of an elliptical combined with the vertical drive of a stepper, creating a workout that challenges muscles while staying gentle on the joints. Connect to iFIT to access interactive training both on and off the machine, keeping your sessions varied and engaging. Cushioned pedals, a cooling fan and clear sound add comfort along the way, and the centre-drive frame with transport wheels makes it easy to slot into your home.
TRAIN WITH iFIT, ON AND OFF THE MACHINE
Pair the Trainer HL with iFIT and you’ll get guided sessions that go beyond simple stepping. Trainers lead you through elliptical and stepper workouts, plus a wide mix of off-machine options like strength and yoga. Resistance shifts automatically to follow the workout, helping you stay challenged and motivated.
RESISTANCE THAT KEEPS YOU IN CONTROL
The Trainer HL comes with 22 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance, giving you plenty of range to challenge yourself. Adjust the intensity quickly during your workout, with a smooth and quiet system that lets you focus fully on your stride.
COMFORT IN EVERY SESSION
Oversized cushioned pedals give your feet a stable base, while Soft Touch™ arms bring your upper body into the workout without extra strain. And when things heat up, a CoolAire™ fan adds a welcome breeze.
SOUND THAT KEEPS YOU MOVING
Dual 2” speakers add clear audio to every workout, from iFIT classes to your own playlists. An integrated device shelf also holds your tablet or phone, so everything you need is right in front of you.

Front-mounted transport wheels make it simple to move the Trainer HL after your workout. The compact centre-drive frame keeps it balanced and practical for shared spaces.
