The ProForm Sport CX Bike connects with iFIT, where you can pick a coached ride, a quick interval session, a longer steady push, or even mix in off-bike workouts.
As you ride, the resistance changes with the session, so the effort builds and eases in line with what’s on screen. You’ve got 16 levels to work through, with smooth, quiet changes as the pace picks up or down.
It fits easily into your space, and front transport wheels roll it aside when you’re done.
