The ProForm Carbon E7 Elliptical gives you a smooth, joint-friendly way to stay active at home. Its 45 cm stride and power-adjustable incline ramp help you work muscles in different ways while keeping movement fluid. Connect to iFIT and open up a huge library of interactive workouts, from elliptical sessions to strength and yoga, with resistance and incline shifting automatically to follow the plan. Comfort touches like oversized pedals, a cooling fan and clear sound from dual speakers keep you going. The 7” touchscreen makes it simple to follow your workout and see your progress as it happens. Heart rate support is available too, helping you train at the right intensity for your goals.

Pair the Carbon E7 with iFIT for trainer-led classes on and off the elliptical. From global runs to cross-training sessions, the auto-adjusting resistance and incline shift as you go to keep things fresh.
RAMP FOR EXTRA CHALLENGE
The power-adjustable ramp shifts up to 20°, so you can raise or lower the incline to work different muscle groups and increase the challenge when you’re ready.
