The Power Pin Weight Stack Pin Extender allows you to add Olympic weight plates to your stack loading machines. The Power Pin Weight Stack Pin Adapter features two interchangeable pins (8mm and 10mm) to accommodate most machines.
HOW TO USE THE POWER PIN WEIGHT STACK EXTENDER
WHEN TO USE THE WEIGHT STACK EXTENDER
When the next plate on the weight stack is too much of a jump, the Power Pin Weight Stack Extender allows you to replace the original stack pin with the product to add fractional or micro weight plates safely without fear of them falling off or damaging the machine. This is great for overcoming training plateaus and reaching that next stack plate.
HOW TO USE THE WEIGHT STACK EXTENDER
When using the Power Pin, ensure that you move the original stack pin to the bottom plate on the stack. Then insert the Power Pin at your desired weight with the correct insertion pin. Next, add the Olympic (2" diameter) micro plates as you desire, and add a clip to keep weights secure.
GOING BEYOND THE STACK
If you're looking to add more weight to the stack than is available, place the original stack pin at the bottom of the stack and add the Power-Pin as close to the bottom as your plates allow to minimise horizontal forces on the stack.
Disclaimer: When adding more than 15 kg to the pin, there is a greater chance of the insert pin bending if the stack is slammed or jerked. The Power Pin works best with stacks that do NOT have a protective/decorative shroud, which limits the available space for adding weights.
