Taurus Fractional Weight Plates
I have used these in gyms, specifically the 0.5kg set and think they're brilliant. I have dropped them countless times, as I'm sure others have and nothing not even a scratch. The build quality seems good, even for gym use and I love the idea of categorizing the different weights with colors too. Would definitely recommend :)
