PUSH THE HILL
Step onto the NordicTrack X16 Treadmill and you quickly realise how much range it offers. You can ease in with a gentle walk, pick up the pace through steady runs, or push all the way to 20 km/h when you feel ready for a real effort.
The terrain options open up even more possibilities. You can drop the deck to a -6% decline for downhill sessions or climb all the way up to a towering 40% incline that really fires up the legs.
The 16" pivoting touchscreen stays right in front of you during runs and turns toward you when the workout moves to the floor. Strength, mobility or yoga sessions sit there ready alongside your treadmill training.
During selected workouts, SmartAdjust shifts speed and incline to follow the session, saving you from constant button presses. Pair a compatible heart rate monitor (sold separately) and ActivePulse responds to your effort level as you train. Underfoot, SpringFlex cushioning softens the landing and takes some of the sting out of each stride.

Trainer-led workouts filmed in real locations, off-treadmill classes, or just your favourite show on in the background. All your data syncs with Strava, Garmin Connect, and Apple Health automatically.
FULL INCLINE AND DECLINE RANGE
0–20 km/h gives you room to move from slower walks through to faster running sessions, and the 40% incline to -6% decline brings genuine hill and terrain work into a home setup. High-incline walking lifts your heart rate without the impact of running, which works well on lower-intensity days, and dropping into decline shifts the effort through the legs, especially the quads and calves, adding a different kind of work you won’t get from flat running.
SCREEN, STREAMING AND OFF-TREADMILL WORK
The 16" touchscreen tilts flat when you step off the belt, so you can follow strength, yoga, or mobility work in the same space. Pivots back upright for runs. Clear and responsive at any angle, with access to workouts, live classes, and streaming directly on the console.
CUSHIONING THAT GOES THE DISTANCE
The SpringFlex™ deck has 27% more cushioning than comparable treadmills, with four 40 mm cushions that absorb impact exactly where your foot strikes. Legs feel fresher after longer runs. Backwards walking, lateral shuffles, skipping - all stable, all consistent throughout.
TRAINING THAT ADJUSTS AS YOU GO
Start a session and the treadmill handles the changes. Speed and incline shift in real time to match the workout. SmartAdjust scales sessions based on your past training. Push harder over time and the sessions move with you. Ease back and the intensity follows. ActivePulse works with a compatible heart rate monitor. It adjusts the session to keep you in the right training zone without constant manual changes.
AI COACHING AND STRUCTURED TRAINING
AI Coach (beta) works in the background to organise your training. It builds personalised training plans, schedules sessions, tracks progress, and loads your next workout to the home screen. You can also build your own sessions. Set time-based intervals or create routes using Google Maps, with terrain that matches what you’d see outdoors.

Love at first run
I got a major upgrade when I swapped my existing NordicTrack tread for my new one! The decline alone is so amazing to simulate downhills but the 40% incline is a game changer. What I have always loved is the synced training sessions with auto adjustments to follow the trainer but with my integrated screen and upgraded platform it’s even more outstanding! This is by far my most favorite thing I ever bought myself. My coworkers might say I’m obsessed with my treadmill and trainers. Love my NordicTrack and iFit!

Great Upgrade
I’m really enjoying this treadmill. I like that it has higher inclines and it’s really challenging. It’s smooth, easy to use has a smaller footprint than the old Treadmill. I had. I think this is really gonna help me accomplish my goals of better endurance and better health.
