ActivePulse gives your heart rate training a calmer, more natural flow on the NordicTrack X16 Treadmill. Once a compatible heart rate monitor is connected, the system adjusts speed and incline as your effort changes. It follows your pace and helps the session feel more in tune with the way you are actually working.
A GENTLER FEEL WITH EVERY STEP
SpringFlex cushioning on the NordicTrack X16 softens the feel of each step, taking a bit of pressure off your legs as you move. The deck absorbs some of the shock during quicker efforts and steady sessions, giving the surface a calmer, more forgiving feel underfoot.
WHAT IFIT 2.0 BRINGS
iFIT 2.0 gives home training a fresher, faster and far more streamlined feel. Load times drop from roughly 30 seconds on the 2024 model to about 3 seconds on the 2025 version, so sessions start far quicker. The layout has been updated too, with clearer menus, smoother navigation and simple workout summaries that are easy to scan at a glance.

The Workout Creator adds another layer, allowing custom routines where you choose your goals and intervals when using an iFIT Pro membership.
