The NordicTrack Step Climber brings stair workouts into your day in a way that’s easy on the joints but still gives your legs plenty to do. Each step targets your glutes and quads with a smooth, natural motion. The 10” HD touchscreen tilts to match your view, and when paired with iFIT (Pro membership required), you can follow along with scenic hikes, studio sessions, and guided strength training—right from the screen. Resistance shifts automatically across 22 digital levels based on how you’re doing, so the challenge moves with you. The oversized pedals are soft and supportive, the fan adjusts to your effort, and the handlebars give you a few grip options to switch up the focus. You’ll also get clear sound, smart tracking, and a USB-C charging port to keep things powered as you go. Everything’s designed to help you stay consistent and comfortable—step by step.

LOW-IMPACT STEPPING THAT WORKS HARD
The step climber follows a stair-stepping pattern that keeps your glutes and quads working without adding stress to your joints. The movement has a short forward stride and a taller lift, so your legs stay active through a full range, while your knees and ankles get a bit of a break. It’s a good option when you want to build strength or keep up your cardio without the impact of running or jumping. The motion stays steady across different speeds and resistance levels.
RESISTANCE THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
The step climber has 22 resistance levels, so you can shift between gentle sessions and more demanding climbs, depending on the day. The shifts between levels feel smooth, and there’s no noise or jolt when things change. If you’re using iFIT’s SmartAdjust™ feature (Pro membership required), it’ll sort the resistance for you mid-workout based on how you're doing — no need to press anything or pause to make changes.

Tilt the 10” screen to your ideal angle and follow along with your workouts comfortably. It’s crisp, responsive, and easy to use mid-session. With an iFIT Pro Membership, you can follow trainers through walks, hikes, and strength workouts — not just on the stepper, but off it too. You can also stream shows and films directly on the screen while you train.
COMFORT IN EVERY STEP
The step climber features large, cushioned pedals that offer a soft, stable surface to move on. The texture helps with grip, especially during longer sessions or changes in pace. The AutoBreeze fan adjusts on its own, increasing airflow as the workout gets more intense. Multi-position handlebars give you a few ways to hold on, which helps shift the focus to different muscle groups as you climb.
SMART TECHNOLOGY THAT SUPPORTS YOUR GOALS
The machine pairs with an iFIT Pro Membership (sold separately) to offer a personalised training plan that adjusts as you go. The iFIT AI Coach helps you set a goal, then lines up workouts that match what you're working towards. Each session appears on your screen automatically, with SmartAdjust™ fine-tuning the difficulty based on how you're performing. iFIT Trainers guide you through a wide mix of sessions in locations around the world, so there’s always something new to follow.
TRACK MORE, STAY ON TOP
The NordicTrack Step Climber works with Strava, Garmin and Apple Health (Pro membership required), so your stats stay in sync and easy to check. iFIT logs your workouts in the background. You can stream shows or films on the HD screen, hear it through the speakers or Bluetooth® headphones, and charge your phone with the USB-C port while you move.
