The Nike Strength Grind Bumper Plates are crafted from the unique Nike Grind rubber, a natural byproduct of Nike's footwear manufacturing process. Each plate contains at least 30% Nike Grind rubber, creating a unique colour palette for each limited-edition run. These versatile plates are built to fit Olympic barbells and designed to withstand the efforts of Olympic lifts, powerlifting, bodybuilding and functional training. The plates feature a moderate bounce upon being dropped making them perfect for versatile workouts and circuit training, with tested durability to ensure these plates can withstand your toughest workouts.

Every Nike Strength Grind Bumper Plate features a unique grind made from at least 30% Nike Grind rubber from the manufacturing process of Nike footwear. Because footwear colour palettes vary from season to season, each batch of Nike Grind rubber is unique and yields a limited edition run of these plates as they're released.
