The Nike Strength Coated Premium Barbell is a tough, reliable bar that feels good to lift with. Available in 20 kg or 15 kg and a choice of colours, it has a protective ceramic coating, smooth rotation and a comfy knurl. It fits easily into Olympic lifts, HIIT sessions and everyday strength work.
