The Nike Strength Adjustable Weight Bench is a solid, versatile bench you can rely on for everyday training. The back pad moves from flat to upright, and the seat has its own settings so you can find the right position for each lift. The steel frame keeps things stable, and the firm padding with a durable cover feels good to train on. It’s easy to move around and can be stored upright.
SET IT HOW YOU LIKE
There are 28 different ways to set up, covering flat, incline, and upright positions. The back pad shifts from 0 to 85 degrees, and the seat adjusts from 0 to 30 degrees.
QUICK TO ADJUST
The bench uses a dual system to switch positions. At the front, an arc and pop-pin let you change settings easily, and the rear ladder locks the pad in place.
MOVE IT YOUR WAY
The bench comes with rear wheels and a front handle to roll it where you need it. When you’re done, just stand it upright.
