The Marcy PM4400 Home Multi Gym features a leverage bench, enabling users to lift heavy weights safely without a spotter. This allows you to handle heavier weights than you might otherwise feel comfortable lifting, promoting muscle growth more effectively than conventional weight benches or multi-gyms. The clever leverage system and multi-position bench add incredible versatility to your workout regimen.
MAXIMUM STABILITY
The PM4400 is super robust; the maximum user weight on the bench is 158kg, offering a higher weight capacity than other similar weight benches and accommodating more demanding users. Load one of the two lever arms with weight plates depending on the muscle group you target. The front arm loading capacity is 226kg, ample for exercises such as shoulder presses, chest presses, and squats. The rear arm can handle an impressive 181kg, allowing advanced lifters to perform exercises like wide-grip lat pulldowns.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
A quick-release spring-loaded pin allows the bench back pad to adjust to ten positions, including several inclines, decline, flat, and fully upright angles. The bench can also slide forward for better comfort while gripping the handles, and towards the centre of the frame to position you better for seated shoulder presses or exercises at higher incline levels. Additionally, a pivoting design with an intuitive swivel mechanism allows you to move the bench sideways, creating more exercise space.

Solid piece of kit
Got this as I typically did free weights at home and wanted to do squats without a spotter. This machine helped reduce all the faff of changing equipment and save space. Great machine. Does take some getting used to, as the range of movement is different, but that’s normal. For me it defo helps me push that extra few reps for gains. 10/10.
