It connects through the lower pulleys, transferring resistance from the Tandem Tower to the sliding bench for leg press movements and other sliding exercises that rely on steady, cable-based resistance.
This attachment does not operate independently and is not a universal add-on. It works exclusively with the Force USA Tandem Tower and its compatible sliding bench. Use outside of that setup is not supported.
