Compact and high-grade, the Force USA M10 All-In-One Trainer refuses to cut corners on quality. The M10 is a 2” x 2” rack that uses 11-gauge steel uprights to go above and beyond the industry standard with a ⅝" hole pattern and 2" laser-cut spacing on every side, paired with the Variable Force pulley system that lets you switch between 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios in seconds. There is no other 2” x 2” rack on the market that can do both, giving you the best-in-class training for your gym.

The M10 features dual Freestyle Pulley Arms that give you the freedom to lock in a position or move freely for sport-specific techniques. Regardless of how you configure the resistance, you get the same, high-quality training capability. Your M10 comes with 18 pro-grade attachments as standard, using a mix of aluminium for the ultimate lightweight grip and robust steel for the attachment points to ensure longevity.

WHY CHOOSE THE M10?
PROFESSIONAL STANDARD
The Force USA M10 All-In-One Trainer uses 11-gauge steel for the 2” x 2” rack uprights, which is thicker and more robust than the 12-14-gauge steel conventionally used by power rack manufacturers. Force USA sets a new professional standard with the M10, creating a rack that you can rely on workout after workout.
PLATE-LOADED OR WEIGHT STACK
The Force USA M10 allows you to customise the rack to your needs. Choose between plate-loading pins capable of holding up to 122 kg (270lbs) of Olympic weight plates or a 68 kg (150lbs) weight stack.
LEVELLED UP CABLE RESISTANCE
The Force USA M10 can deliver up to 180 kg of cable resistance when the Freestyle Pulley Arms are set to 1:1 resistance. Each Freestyle Pulley Arm can be switched between 1:1 and 2:1 in seconds. Lock in the ratio without changing attachments, without unhooking the cable.
18 ATTACHMENTS
Whichever cable resistance you choose for your M10, your package will come with 18 attachments (listed in the FAQ below). These attachments come with the M10, regardless of whether you choose plate-loading pins or weight stacks for your rack.
DUAL-SIDED WALK-THROUGH DESIGN
The six-post structure gives you two power racks in one footprint. Walk through during a workout, or use both sides for storage and stability. Why not train with a partner at the same time, or superset your workouts with plenty of space to spare?
BUILT FOR HEAVY LIFTING
Add an Olympic-standard knurled Smith bar to your M10 rack. The optional 16 kg integrated barbell features spinning sleeves, wrapped in a 5-gauge steel single-column rod. The Smith features 20 safety catches every 4” (10 cm) across the full range of travel down to the industry-leading, lowest starting position.
