The Force USA Hybrid J-Hook is a sturdy rack upgrade that supports safe, consistent barbell racking during everyday training.
These Hybrid J-Hooks support heavy barbell training and help protect your bar. Use rollers or a textured nylon insert to change how the bar racks. The 6 mm steel frame holds up to 500 kg and has a durable textured finish. Flush bolts reduce wear on the bar. An angled cradle guides the bar back into place, and the hooks fit directly onto a wide range of Force USA racks.
