The Force USA C10 V2 All-In-One Trainer is the customer-made best seller, now lighter, sleeker, and stronger. It's built on square 11-gauge steel uprights with a 5/8" hole pattern and 2" laser-cut spacing on every side, an open-ecosystem six-post frame you can customise end to end. At its core is the Cornerstone station: six pulley connections in one machine. Dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus a high and low centre cable station, so you can train every angle and every movement pattern without reconfiguring the machine. Lock Mode fixes each arm for heavy, predictable strength work. Flow Mode frees them through 180° so resistance stays on the muscle through functional, explosive, and rotational training. Dual weight stacks are 90 kg per side, with up to 226 kg of cable resistance when both stacks are connected via the 1:1 centre ratio. A built-in 2.2 kg micro-adjustment plate keeps your progression moving in smaller increments.
SLEEK, STRONG, COMPACT DESIGN
Square 11-gauge steel uprights with 5/8" holes and 2" laser-cut spacing on all four sides. A flush base frame that self-adjusts to slightly uneven floors for maximum stability, with 44" of interior working space in a 48" exterior width.
SIX PULLEY CONNECTIONS
Dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus high and low centre cable stations give you three versatile ratios: bottom centre cables at 1:1 (or connected to double your weight), top centre cables at 2:1, and Freestyle Pulley Arms at 2:1. Train every movement pattern without rerouting a thing. Centre-connected cables deliver up to 226 kg of resistance.
FREESTYLE PULLEY ARMS
Lock Mode engages the pop-pin to lock each arm in place for rock-solid, zero-drift strength work. Flow Mode releases the arms to track your body through 180° of motion, eliminating friction and joint drag so the resistance stays 100% on the muscle. Up to 226 kg of resistance when both stacks connect through the 1:1 ratio, with a built-in 2.2 kg micro-adjustment plate so you're always making progress.
SINGLE TRACK SMITH MACHINE
The Single Track Smith Machine wraps its guide rod in 5-gauge steel for a rock-solid, heavy-duty column. A 15 kg integrated bar with professional-standard knurling and spinning sleeves delivers a true barbell feel, and the industry-leading lowest starting position opens up a full deadlift range of motion.
