More From Your Bench
The Force USA Base Bench works alongside the Force USA C10 and C20 All-In-One Trainers, as well as the Tandem Tower. You’ve got flat, incline and decline positions for your usual bench work, plus the option to connect it to the cable system when leg curls or extensions are on the plan.
Add the leg developer and you can work your quads and hamstrings using resistance from the machine’s weight stacks. Fancy using plates? You can do that too.
Biceps get some attention as well. Add the preacher curl attachment when you want more focused arm work, then remove it when you’re finished. The bench has a 450 kg weight rating and weighs 60 kg itself. When you’re done, it wheels away and stores upright.

Cable Or Plate-Loaded Leg Training
You can load the leg developer in two ways. Connect it to the trainer’s cable system for leg curls and extensions, up to 160 kg, or add weight plates, up to 100 kg.

Pair the Base Bench with your Force USA C10 or C20 and the leg developer connects to the cable system. You can then switch between seated leg extensions and lying leg curls. It works with the Force USA Tandem Tower and its dual cable connection points too.
Flat, Incline and Decline
Switch between flat, incline and decline positions as you move through dumbbell presses, shoulder presses, ab work and more. Take off the leg and preacher curl attachments and you’ve still got a versatile FID bench with a 450 kg weight rating.
Give Your Biceps Some Attention
Add the preacher curl attachment when it’s time to focus on your biceps. The pad keeps your upper arms in position as you curl with an Olympic EZ curl bar. When you’re finished, take the attachment off and carry on using the bench in its usual FID positions.
