The Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Shoulder Press is designed to give you a stable, focused press that targets the shoulders without locking you into a fixed path. Each arm moves independently, which helps keep your reps balanced and under control. The setup is fully adjustable with a spring-assisted seat and angle-adjustable back pad. Built in the UK, the frame is compact, solid, and fitted with stainless steel storage horns to keep things organised around the station.
TRAIN EACH SIDE EVENLY
The machine uses independent arms, allowing each side to move on its own. This helps avoid overcompensation, supports balanced development, and lets you train unilaterally when needed.
SETUP THAT WORKS FOR YOU
A spring-assisted seat offers nine height settings, and the back pad adjusts through seven angles. You can set the press to match your shoulder line and get into a comfortable, stable position before each set.
ADD RESISTANCE WHERE IT COUNTS
Dual band pegs let you add resistance bands to change how the load feels through the lift. It’s also a useful option for explosive work and pushing past plateaus.

KEEPS PLATES OFF THE FLOOR
Sleeved storage horns are included on the frame, so plates stay close by and off the ground. The weight horns and pegs are made from stainless steel to reduce wear and keep loading smooth.
SECURE AND STABLE SETUP
Concealed floor fixing points allow the machine to be bolted down for extra stability. This helps keep it steady during pressing, especially in high-use or shared gym areas.
