TRAIN EACH SIDE EQUALLY
The chest press has independent arms, so each side moves freely. This helps keep your reps balanced and lets you focus on one side if needed, without throwing off the movement. It feels steady, controlled, and easy to stick with through the set.
ADJUSTS TO YOUR SETUP
A spring-assisted seat offers nine height settings, and the back pad adjusts through seven angles. The seat moves smoothly without needing to unload plates, and the back pad locks in securely to support different press paths and grip positions.
VARIABLE RESISTANCE OPTIONS
Dual band pegs let you add resistance bands to change how the load feels through the lift—heavier at the top or lighter at the bottom. It’s a useful option for explosive training and breaking through plateaus.
