The Exigo ISO Flat Chest Press gives you the feel of a classic flat bench press with the control and balance of plate-loaded movement. Both arms move independently, so you can train one side or both at the same time — and load them differently if needed. The handles are easy to adjust, with a ribbed rubber grip that feels solid without slipping. The frame’s tidy, compact, and reinforced with stainless steel horns and heavy-duty bearings. TRAIN EACH SIDE YOUR WAY
The arms move independently, so you’re not locked into one fixed path. You can press with both sides together or work one arm at a time, keeping the movement steady and under control.
