Tire flipping has long been a staple of strongmen, HIIT workouts, and functional training facilities. The Escape Fitness TIYR captures the raw feeling of flipping tractor tyres and transforms it into an elegant, fun, and useful training tool. A resilient B-TEX layer covers a core of recycled foam to help avoid scratching, tearing and injuries.

Available in four sizes, the Escape Fitness has a TIYR for every stage of your fitness journey. Starting at 40kg, the TIYR range goes to 100kg to really test your strength! Each TIYR is evenly balanced for a more consistent workout than a traditional scrap tyre.

MORE THAN FLIPPING

Whilst tyre flipping may seem like the most obvious use for the TIYR, it is capable of so much more! The integrated handles can be used for carries, and the bottom layer is perfect for dragging and pushing exercises. Loop battle ropes through the handles for various rope-pulling exercises or as a base for battle rope drills.

RESILIENT BUILD

The B-TEX covering is specifically chosen for its hard-wearing properties. The TIYR confidently handles rough, physical exercises such as flips and drags, allowing you to push your limits with confidence. Despite its heavy build, each TIYR’s foam core is soft and helps reduce the chance of injuries.
