The BodyMax CF810 Elite Adjustable Hi-Low Pulley is a compact free standing cable unit with smooth movement, simple height adjustment and a solid 72 kg stack that supports a wide mix of upper and lower body exercises.
FREE STANDING SETUP
The CF810 stands firm on its own base, giving you flexibility when arranging your space. It fits neatly into corners or open floor spots and supports isolation work or quick back-to-back exercises.
EXERCISE RANGE
The adjustable height positions give access to curls, raises, rows, flyes and plenty more. The 72 kg stack supports steady progression, and extra cable attachments can be added to widen your exercise options.
SOLID BUILD

Review
Had this product for a few months now and really happy with it.
Was a bit tricky to put together, mainly because the instruction manual was poorly laid out and very unclear.
However, the product itself is excellent- sturdy, smooth and looks really smart.

I have owned this machine for 3.5 years, and it's been excellent. It's smooth, the quality has not changed at all. It has a small footprint. It's perfect for me. I would highly recommend it. Only thing is the price has gone up since I purchased it... think I paid about £400. Still worth it though. Good customer service from Powerhouse also.

Product is great. Its really nice because you have option to have 1:2 ratio or 1:1. Product is sturdy, although i would suggest mounting it to wall. It does tip over a little bit with maximum load. Powerhouse was great, they have send to me to Slovenia and for really good price. 2000km far away, 140 kg of load in 8 days. Hats of!
Assembly its easy, I needed 2 hours by myself.
Would recomend!
