The BodyMax CF800 Leg Press / Hack Squat Machine brings two key lower-body lifts into a compact frame. The sled runs smoothly on the track, the adjustments are quick to sort out and the setup gives you a clear, reliable path for each rep.
TWO LOWER-BODY MOVEMENTS
The CF800 covers leg presses and hack squats in the same setup. The changeover is simple, and each position targets the quads, hamstrings and glutes from a different angle.
STRONG, STABLE FRAME
The steel frame supports a training load of up to 272 kg, giving you plenty of range for heavier work.
COMFORTABLE POSITIONING
The backrest sits at a supportive angle, and the footplate adjusts to help you find a solid stance for each style of lift.
SMOOTH GLIDE TRACK
The glide system keeps the sled moving cleanly along the rails, keeping the path consistent through the full rep.
COMPACT FOOTPRINT

Great machine.. but
I've had this machine a number of years now. It's a great machine which can hold a lot of weight. The reason I've only 4 stars are for the following:
1. Leg press - I find the range of motion isn't the best. Having used commercial ones which go really deep, I find that this machine doesn't go deep enough. The alternative would be to place a solid rubber matt or block on the feet to extend the range of motion. I've tried moving the seat and plate but range of motion isn't really there.
2. The leg plate could be a little bigger/wider, which would also help with the depth.
3. Hack squat - changing from leg press to Hack squat is a little tricky with the knob under the pad. You gotta be careful not to jam the hand lol.
4. Hack squat position - again could do with a wider plate where you sit to get a better standing position. Also, the bars are really awkward to pull in when you're about to finish the set and trying to rack the bar.
Overall a great machine but would be a 5 star if the points above weren't there.

This is a really well-built piece of equipment. I currently have it loaded with 300kgs of weights on the weight bar and 50kgs on the shoulder pads when squatting. It is rock solid! Be aware, however, that 300kgs of weights will be the equivalent of a lot less if squatting with a free bar because of the angle of movement. This doesn't detract from the product.
