The BodyMax CF666 Chest Press / Shoulder Press is a dedicated upper-body machine with an adjustable backrest for flat, incline, decline, and military press positions. The machine loads Olympic plates with a maximum load of 250kg. The CF666 is perfect for home and garage gyms looking for sturdy, reliable shoulder and chest development.
ADJUSTABLE TRAINING POSITIONS
The bench shifts through flat, incline, decline and military angles, covering chest presses, shoulder presses, shrugs and rows. The seat, backrest and press arm all adjust to help you hit the right line for each lift. The CF666 also features an adjustable spotter bar to keep you safe when training solo.
STEADY, SMOOTH BUILD
The alloy steel frame holds firm during heavier work, while copper bushings at the pivot points keep the arm travel smooth and consistent. The BodyMax CF666 Chest Press / Shoulder Press also features two weight pins for storing Olympic weight plates and keeping your gym space organised and clutter-free.

Underwhelming
Bought this machine as I thought it was an amazing bit of kit & id love to give it 5 star but unfortunately there are a few things that don’t work for ME.
Bare in mind this is a generic machine built for the masses, may just be not suitable for me but using the decline function which I was excited about using ended up injuring my lower back due to the extremely unnatural angle, the seat unfortunately cannot be raised to a point where your bottom half is higher than your top half.
Usually with a decline you want your hips up and chest and shoulders on a decline but with this machine, it’s impossible, hips cannot be anything other than flat or at even more awkward angles, and it puts a ridiculous amount of discomfort into your lower back.
Also it would be great if there was a few extra safety pin holes so that there is a height for the press between one that is too high and too low and feels like you are about to tear your pec / shoulder.

Not satisfied
Wish all the functions worked but unfortunately I find the decline extremely uncomfortable.
Don’t be put off by this however as this is built for everyone but I cannot see how the decline function would be comfortable for anyone

An Investment
I bought this when I moved houses and got a larger garage. Don't be fooled, this takes up a good chunk of space in home gyms and really only should be bought if you have room to accommodate it.
However, if you do it's a very worthy investment. I'm almost 50 and after years of lifting and wear and tear on the body I had to assess the injury niggles that I was getting. This apparatus allows me to bench and press safely with no fears of breaking down without assistance from a spotter. And in fact, the mental assurance of this has enabled me to improve on my PBs for the first time in years - so that's always a good thing!

This piece of equipment is excellent for chest and able to do incline, decline and flat. In addition can work the shoulders and it really does work the muscle areas well. Fantastic price as well and Powerhouse seem to beat a lot of the other competitors with price which is great value for money! set-up of the equipment is also very easy! already ordered another machine to complete my home gym package and can't wait for it to be delivered will be ordering all future stuff from here! excellent work Powerhouse

It took about an hour to put together on my own and is straightforward for anybody who can use a spanner. The machine works great and I'm really pleased with it. Bench and shoulder press with no need for a spotter or Smith machine. A great purchase
