Description: BodyMax Cable Motion Rack System
The BodyMax Cable Motion Rack System brings together cable work, free weight training and functional movements in one solid setup. It offers a wide range of exercise options, tidy storage and smooth operation across all stations.
DUAL ADJUSTABLE PULLEY
The dual pulley unit offers several height positions for upper and lower body movements. Each side can be used by itself or paired together, giving you the option to train one arm at a time or use both cables at once. The plate loaded system runs on a 1:2 ratio for steady resistance control.
LOW CABLE PULLEY
A dedicated low pulley station with a 1:1 ratio supports strong, direct pulling work. It works well for rows, curls and other floor-level movements, and comes with a short row bar for focused back training.
LANDMINE AND TRAINING STATIONS
The landmine attachment opens up rotational presses, rows and hinge variations. Alongside this, the rack includes a pull-up station, a suspension anchor and multiple barbell rack positions.

Bodymax cable rack system
Firstly, fitshop spot on with delivery. This got 4 stars just for one main reason.
Pros - very sturdy once built, good quality for semi budget compared to other machines. Does seem a little clunky but for this price expected.
Massive con - get ready to spare at least 5 hours of your time. The instructions to build this is absolutely shocking. The nuts and bolts are not numbered, infact none of it is. Go on you tube and there is one video with a guy building it but again not the best video. Makes it very awkward. Be prepared to put things together and take apart again as this is what happened to me. Other than that its a good machine and worth the cash.

Overall a good piece of kit, took me around 3 hours to put together on my own, it is doable with 1 person but 2 would be easier. I bought it at £699 which I feel is reasonable for what you get but I wouldn't want to have paid more for it. Not used it as yet but had a little play around with it and it feels smooth and usable. Delivery was pretty quick too.

Body max cable motion rack it's good not amazing in my opinion. Am a heavy duty gym guy it's a we bit wobbly at times & the cable system is ok not amazing correct other reviews to be exact the cable have got good resistance on way out try to keep a full range of motion on way bk I feel like the cables are a bit floppy not a really tite resistance cable like public gyms

Very impressed with the product
Excellent Quality! you really have to try to find a difference between this and the ones in commercial gyms. The machine is capable of doing every muscle group. The pulley system runs smoothly 'when assembled correctly' and I could not be more impressed with the low sound level and 'almost' frictionless motion. As the machine is so smooth and user-friendly it makes you want to use it. The device is actually quite easy to relocate around the room, really wasn't as heavy as I was expecting.
That being said there are some points to be aware of.
1. Setting the thing up takes a long time and you will need to read the instructions carefully or have to redo steps. But this is to be expected with any flatpack
2. The cable in the bottom middle of the machine requires that the handle on the left side be low to the ground for a full range of motion. (Somewhat annoying but only a small inconvenience)
3. Make sure the floor is level or it may rock, there is no mechanism to prevent this. Adding weight to the back of the machine helps exponentially.

Very good system meets all requirements and is particularly well made for the money. The attachments are cheap and you will want to upgrade but that is more personal preference. Overall I would recommend this over other similar rack systems.

Stunningly versatile piece of kit
Ridiculously versatile cable system and rack that lets you work on every muscle in plains that permit free range of motion. You've got catchers for barbell work, independently adjustable pulleys, a TRX hook, plate based system which means you can upgrade easily. It's all been thought about here. Get yourself some attachments to go with this (2 handles are included) and you're good to go! I even use resistance bands around it for added functionality.

ANOTHER AWESOME BODYMAX PRODUCT. this system fits perfectly in a small gym and allows you to work those smaller more defined muscle groups you can quite get with your free weights. A must for any home gym. Bodymax products solid, reliable and fit for purpose.
