With the Bodycraft Power Row you change the low cable setting of your cable system or multi-gym into an even more effective low cable row exercise.ALL-IN-ONE
When rowing in a seated position on a multi-gym, it mostly trains the back muscles. When rowing on a rowing machine or on water, the more complex movement uses muscles from the legs, arms, shoulders and the back. This complex movement can now be done on a multi-gym thanks to the Power Row. The seat runs on a rail – allowing you to train almost all muscle groups on the Power Row.

Power Row - incredible
This is a incredible product when teamed up with a cable machine. You have constant resistance as you row away from the machine and also as you return to the starting position. A quality product, where the motion is so smooth. No hesitation but five stars here.

Great addition!
Exactly what I wanted! I love my Bodycraft Xpress Pro home gym, but it always bothered me that you had to sit on the floor while rowing and never really got that "rowing machine feeling." The Power Row is the perfect addition to my home gym. I hesitated for a while because of the price, but it was worth it, and rowing is so much more fun now! Assembly was super easy again, and the quality is excellent, as always!
