The KICKR V6 Smart Trainer includes the new ERG Easy Ramp, which gently brings resistance back up when you restart pedalling. If you pause during a workout, it ramps up the resistance over 10 seconds instead of hitting you with a sudden surge. This makes transitions smoother and helps you keep your intensity steady, so your training flow isn’t interrupted and you avoid unnecessary strain.
